don't think so, the turbo 9 and 11 have suspension similarities with 5GTE and 5GT turbo phase 1

so this means the renault 9/11 turbo front legs (shock+spring )
wil NOT fit a normal renault 9/11 ??

also do you know if the r9/11/ turbo are lower in the front compared to the non tubo renault 9/11 ??

1. not so, they WILL fit since they are compatible to the 9-11 platform.

2. I ASSUME they are lower, just measure the length of front legs.

had another idea after thinking for a while .
i know the megane and non 16v 19 springs have the same coil pattern
with my r9 1.7 and i got some megane lowering springs in the shed ,(they are really short and stiff ones ) but when i fit them on to the standard r9 shocks the spring will be loose in there as its too short that i can even do the top nut without compressing the spring which is fine when the weight of the car goes on top but not good when the car jumps on a bump (the spring may come out of the seat )
so i am thinking of finding a way around this as i know these springs will lower the car big time without rubbing :bang:

when its just an fiew milimeters you can fill it up by plulling an big garden hose over the the ends of the coilspring
